This toolkit is designed to support Alberta communities in strengthening intercultural understanding and building practical skills for addressing racism and inclusion in everyday settings.

The toolkit includes foundational concepts, Alberta-specific context, guided learning modules, and ready-to-use tools that support courageous conversations, allyship, and bystander intervention. It can be used for self-study, facilitated workshops, or group discussions, and may be delivered as a short series or adapted for single-session use with colleagues, students, or community members.

The Antarctic Institute of Canada acknowledges the support of the Government of Alberta, Ministry of Immigration and Multiculturalism, whose funding made the development of this toolkit possible.
